Maybe you remember a time when you didn’t feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and misunderstood. You want to feel that way again, but you need a little support to get there.

You’re in the right place.

I’m here to help you connect to your authentic self.

I help clients like you find meaning, confidence, and joy in life again by equipping them with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and uncertainties.

My training and experience has taught me that a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship is the most important component of therapy; additionally, I utilize evidence-informed interventions tailored to your individual needs. I will support you with cultivating self-awareness, identifying unhelpful patterns in your coping style and environment, and developing strategies that you will feel comfortable using independently. For some clients, talk therapy alone is not useful. When it makes sense, I use my training as a certified yoga instructor to incorporate mindfulness and movement into sessions.

With over eleven years of experience, I have devoted my career to working with young people and their families. I am currently pursuing specialized training in perinatal mental health and have particular interest in supporting postpartum parents as well as people experiencing infertility. In addition, I have lived experience in several areas of life transition that allows me to truly relate to my clients.

My style

I believe that therapy doesn’t need to be a long-term commitment.

I am naturally curious about people and bring my whole self to the therapeutic relationship. With an approachable and compassionate demeanor, my style is strengths-based, holistic, and solution-oriented.
